Is there a minimum order quantity?
There is no strict minimum order quantity for corporate orders. Whether you need a small batch of executive gifts or a large-scale gifting campaign, we’re happy to assist. Do note that certain customisation options, such as bespoke packaging, branded merchandise, or custom-printed elements, may require minimum quantities depending on the products selected.
How far in advance should we place our order?
For standard bulk hamper orders, we recommend placing your order at least 2–5 working days in advance. For customised hampers, festive campaigns, or large-scale corporate gifting projects, we recommend allowing 3–8 weeks to ensure sufficient time for product sourcing, branding, and production.
If you have an urgent order or a special requirement, please don’t hesitate to contact our Corporate Gifting team. We will always do our best to accommodate your request and provide a solution wherever possible.
Can you handle large corporate gifting projects?
Yes. We regularly manage projects ranging from small executive gifts to large nationwide campaigns involving thousands of recipients, complete with sourcing, packing, and scheduled deliveries.We provide a secure, PDPA-compliant portal link for you to send to recipients, allowing them to enter their preferred delivery address and dietary requirements directly. Alternatively, you can provide a master CSV file and we handle the rest.
Can we customise the hampers?
Absolutely. We offer extensive customisation options, including:

Can our company logo be included?
Yes. Your company logo can be incorporated into various elements of the gift presentation, including custom gift boxes, ribbons, stickers, gift tags, greeting cards, product labels, and branded merchandise, creating a cohesive and professional gifting experience.
Please note that certain branding and personalisation options may be subject to minimum quantities and additional charges.
Can you source products that are not listed on your website?
Yes. Our sourcing team can procure premium local and international products to suit your gifting requirements, subject to availability, lead times, and budget.
Can you create hampers within our budget?
Absolutely. Simply share your preferred budget, recipient profile, and gifting objectives, and our team will curate thoughtful hamper options that maximise value while maintaining a premium presentation.
Can you create hampers within our budget?
Yes. We frequently integrate client-provided apparel, tech accessories, branded notebooks, and printed collateral into hampers. Your account manager coordinates delivery of these items to our fulfilment centre.
Can you deliver to multiple locations?
Yes. We specialise in multi-location corporate deliveries across Singapore. Our sophisticated multi-location delivery management system enables us to efficiently coordinate deliveries to multiple offices, retail outlets, event venues, and residential addresses, ensuring a seamless gifting experience for campaigns of any scale.
Can deliveries be scheduled on different dates?
Yes. We can arrange staggered deliveries over multiple days, weeks, or according to your campaign schedule.
Can recipients choose their own delivery dates?
For eligible corporate campaigns, we can provide recipient scheduling options that allow recipients to select their preferred delivery date and available delivery time slot.
Do you provide international delivery?
Currently, we only deliver within Singapore. This allows us to maintain the highest standards of quality, presentation, and service that The Hamper Story is known for. If you have any special requirements, please get in touch with our team and we will be happy to explore possible solutions wherever feasible.
Do you accept Purchase Orders (PO)?
Yes. We work with government agencies, multinational corporations, listed companies, SMEs, educational institutions, and non-profit organisations. Purchase Orders are accepted, subject to approval.
Can invoices be issued?
Yes. Tax invoices are provided for all corporate orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, corporate credit cards, PayNow, and other approved payment methods. Credit terms may also be available for approved corporate accounts.
Can we open a corporate account?
Yes. Businesses with recurring gifting requirements may apply for a corporate account, providing a streamlined ordering process, dedicated account management, and customised gifting solutions throughout the year.

Can hampers accommodate dietary requirements?
Yes. We can curate hampers suitable for vegetarian, vegan, halal-friendly, alcohol-free, wellness-focused, and other dietary preferences wherever possible.
Are your products sourced locally or internationally?
Our hampers feature a carefully curated selection of premium local artisanal products alongside internationally renowned gourmet brands, allowing us to create unique and memorable gifting experiences.
Can fresh flowers, wine, or perishable items be included?
Yes. Depending on your chosen hamper and delivery schedule, we can incorporate fresh flowers, premium wines, gourmet foods, chocolates, cakes, and other luxury additions.
What happens if an item becomes unavailable?
Occasionally, certain products may become unavailable due to seasonal supply or supplier changes. In such cases, we will replace the item with one of equal or higher value while maintaining the overall quality, presentation, and theme of the hamper.
Will we have a dedicated account manager?
Yes. Every corporate client is supported by a dedicated Corporate Gifting Specialist who will guide you from concept development and product selection through branding, production, delivery coordination, and post-delivery support.
Is recipient information kept confidential?
Absolutely. We treat all customer and recipient information with the highest level of confidentiality and handle personal data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
